What does FTS420expert do?
We design and source custom cannabis packaging and accessories exclusively for coffeeshops, CBD company, seed company, distributors, and so on.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we ship overseas. Shipping channel with DAP express or DDP channel.
Depending on urgency and volume, we offer air and sea freight.
We fully handle customs and import processes and select the most suitable shipping and delivery solution for your order.
What's the difference between DAP and DDP?
DAP is by express, buyer need to handle the customs clearance and taxes. It’s a little bit faster than air DDP.
DDP is including customs clearance and taxes. No anything additional cost from your side. But DDP channel is without status updated on the website.
Until the plane/boat reach port and finish customs clearance, and picked up by UPS, then will have the shipping updated.
Do you help with design and artwork? What format file should I sent you?
Yes. We can assist with logo placement, and production ready files. If needed, we can also help refine your design to ensure the best final result.
Design checklist:
- Color mode is CMYK.
- Outline fonts, text should be vector, not flat
- Embed artwork links
- Keep artwork on “ARTWORK LAYER”
- Do not flatten
- Send back to us as .AI or .PDF file
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes each product has its own minimum order quantity.
The MOQ will be depend on the product type and customization level.
For example, custom mylar bags typically start at 1000pcs, custom rolling trays at 500pcs, while grinders can start at 100pcs.

What is the expected lead time?
Lead times vary depending on the product and the degree of customization required. On average, production takes 2 to 6 weeks, with additional shipping time depending on the method you choose.
- Air freight: approximately 2 weeks
- Sea freight: approximately 8 weeks

Our pricing is based on the product, level of customization, order quantity, and shipping method. Because most of our products are made to order, prices are not listed publicly.
